The consolidation process in Konsolidator consists of 5 simple steps: Upload, Journals, Consolidation, Cash-flow and Reporting. You easily synchronize your data from Business Central, reconcile the auto-generated journals, complete the consolidation, generate a consolidated cash flow statement, and finally download your reports.
If you forget to consolidate a period or upload a balance that doesn’t match, Konsolidator will clearly show you where and what needs to be corrected so you can complete the consolidation process without any problems. This ensures that your consolidation is error-free and you can have confidence in its accuracy without wasting time troubleshooting mismatched Excel sheets.
You can easily and quickly transfer your accounting figures from Business Central to Konsolidator. Whether you have 3 companies or more than 80, synchronization takes no more than a few seconds.
Part of the setup in Konsolidator is to map your local chart of accounts to a group chart of accounts. Konsolidator does this using AI, where the software automatically maps all local accounts to the group chart of accounts. You can expect over 70% accuracy. The remaining 30% can be corrected with a simple drag and drop.
