Accounting uses Business Central to collect receipts and mileage, and all activities are recorded as postings

You only need to purchase use of the Web Portal once. This means that all employees, even those without access to Business Central, can register and approve travel expenses with Expense Management

Travelers’ activities are collected on a daily basis in Business Central – you get a complete overview of company expenses in real-time directly in your financial system

In Business Central, it’s quick and easy to ensure that everything is posted correctly. A clear image of the receipt can be found on the right side of the screen along with the entries on the left side
