Complete integration to Business Central

Visual Production Scheduler is an app that is fully integrated with Business Central. It shows production orders, production capacities, resources and materials, among other things.

Planning is done intuitively with drag and drop. All changes are registered in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Visual alarms ensure quick corrective actions

Visual Production Scheduler is not just an interactive Gantt chart. In addition to production orders and their allocation to resources, Visual Production Scheduler also shows the capacity of the production device. When a production order is moved and the capacity is exceeded, you get a visual alert that allows you to react immediately. This way you always have a full overview of delivery dates, orders, capacity and resources.

All production orders are displayed at once, primarily answering the question “will I be done in time?”.

Capacity view

The capacity view primarily answers the question “how is the utilization of my machines/resources?” and provides visual warnings in case of overload.

Visual Production Scheduler is also available in an advanced version

Visual Advanced Production Scheduler (VAPS) is a slightly more advanced visual scheduling app, designed for producers who require more advanced scheduling options than those offered in standard Business Central and Visual Production Scheduler.
