Built on a foundation of trust, knowledge and experience

Vektus was founded on a solid foundation of experience by 4 partners with a deep knowledge of the industry back in 2013.

The idea behind Vektus was to create a company with its feet firmly planted on the ground. To create a consulting company with a focus on using as much as possible of standard Navision /NAV (that’s what it was called at the time), in order to “set customers free”. Away from customized solutions that tied customers to the suppliers and consultants who developed the solutions.

Experience showed us that 90% of the functionality that companies wanted could be handled in standard Navision/NAV and add-on products – as it was called back then.

Since then, the world and the market have changed and Microsoft has launched Business Central. But our focus is still the same: to use as much of the standard product as possible – and then add the missing functionality in the form of vendor-independent apps. This way, customers still retain their freedom and flexibility.

Since the start in 2013, Vektus has grown. Today we are +45 employees, spread over 4 locations. Our focus is still on the right advice and solid professional “craftsmanship”. We always work in a customer-oriented way, which means that virtually all employees have direct customer contact. This ensures a direct line to the consultants and developers working on your project.

Our employees include senior consultants and developers with many years of experience, but also younger consultants and developers who have grown up with the new technology. Many of them also have experience from the customer side and therefore know what challenges you, as a customer, face on a daily basis.

We have offices in Måløv, Valby, Aarhus and Kolding – and customers all over Denmark. Our customers include customers with purely Danish activities, but also customers with international projects and activities.

Most of our consultants today have flexible workplaces. They can move freely between the four locations depending on the projects they are working on – and what makes the most sense.

Vektus becomes established
Vektus is established by 4 experienced industry professionals.
2014
More employees are joining
The company is growing. More and more customers are joining. Therefore, there is now also a need for more employees. The number of employees increases to 10 in just 1 year – and we move to the premises in Måløv.

2017

We are named Gazelle for the first time
We’re busy – a lot of exciting new customers are joining us and we’re growing. We receive our first Gazelle award. And the number of employees reaches 20.
2018
We are named Gazelle for the second time
We continue to grow and receive a Gazelle award again this year.

The demand for our competencies in Jutland is increasing and we decide to open an office in Aarhus.

In order to cover most of Jutland and to create greater flexibility for employees, we are opening an office in Kolding.

We are named the consultancy that has converted the most of our customers to the Cloud.

We open an office in Valby and are rated the 5th best consultancy in Denmark
We are opening an office in Valby. This gives employees greater flexibility – and makes it even easier for customers to visit us.

At the same time, we reach 40 employees and now occupy 5th place on Computerworld’s list of the best consultancies in Denmark.

We combine Business Central with dealer-independent apps.

This provides the best and most flexible solutions. For both customers and employees.
